Would you believe that the cause of those late-night cravings is dehydration?  I was surprised too when I heard of it.  Apparently, when our body is short on water, the brain will keep sending signals to our tummies to fill up.  That’s when we load up on food when what we really need is to get hydrated.  Drink 12 ounces of water if you are having those late-night cravings. Water is a good appetite suppressant.  Don’t take anything with sugar, your system will take longer to process that.
