I hate it when some friends, who aren’t so supportive, tease me about my weight.  It’s frustrating enough not to lose weight at all after all my efforts to diet and exercise.  It’s been like that for the past seven months.  I quit smoking and naturally, I gained weight and I hate to be explaining to them every time why I gained weight. I am already considering to take weight loss supplements. I just need to ask my doctor first if it’s alright. To my “friends” who can’t stop themselves to from giving unsolicited comments,be thankful this is not happening to you.
