My SIL is 50 pounds overweight and for the past 10 years, she’s been yo-yo dieting. She said she can’t seem to find a diet that would work for her. But I don’t think dieting is the problem. The real issue here is discipline. No matter how much you exercise, if you don’t change your eating habits, eating healthy that is, nothing would ever work. Even the best slimming pills will fail if she doesn’t do something about her lifestyle. I hope she realizes this soon to avoid future health problems.
