I knew walking would speed my weight loss, but it’s easier said than done especially now that it’s always raining.  I’m pretty determined to trim down because my weight is causing me to miss out on so much, so I had to find other ways and did a little research on how to lose belly fat.  We have belly fat when the liver is unable to process the toxins that we get from  increased intake of carbs, fats, alcohol and sugar.  The easiest way to lose belly fat is to eliminate the toxins.  How?  Click on the link for more info.
