Five and a half pounds in one week!  That’s how much I lost this week.  I was kinda getting frustrated when I started working out again two months ago because I only lost 4 pounds.  But after I heard about the best weight loss supplements and gave it a try, the pounds just came off faster.  I knew I’d have a hard time shedding off flabs without  help and I’m glad this little trick gave my way to thin a boost.
