A new study reveals that women consume up to 250 more calories when they dine out, even if they skip dessert.  Eat three restaurant dinners a week, and you may pack on 10 pounds in a year.  So split the entrée with someone else, steer clear of butter and cream-based sauces and sip water instead of ordering sodas and cocktails. I’m just glad I am home most of the time, with the kind of appetite I have, I’m sure I’ll pack more than that knowing that I can always take weight loss pills. Lol.
