The hardest part of sticking to a healthy diet is giving up on your favorite indulgences.  For me, those sugary treats are my weakness.  And for my age, losing the flabs is not as easy as when I was in my 20’s.  Back then, a little diet, even without exercise, it was so easy to lose the extra pounds.  Now, it’s totally different.  I’m back to exercising but I only lost about 5 pounds in two months.  I’m not giving up yet but I think I need a weight loss pill to help me lose a little faster.  I need something to suppress my appetite and increase my metabolism.  I have not bought anything yet, I’m still carefully researching which of the popular ones will work for me best.
