We all suffered from difficulties in sleeping at some point in our lives.  Spending hours staring at the ceiling, tossing and turning, counting sheep all sound familiar, right?   If your have been getting sleepless nights, go and fix yourself a tuna sandwich.  Chow it down with a glass of hot milk an hour before you hit the sack. Both are natural sleep aids.  Why a tuna sandwich?  The taurine in fish calms the nervous system and quiets the mind, ensuring you a good sleep as soon as you hit the bed.
