The cold cuts you served for dinner did a number on your wooden cutting board.  To clean it, simply coat the entire board with a thin layer of salt, then let it sit overnight.  The salt will absorb the grease, so the next morning, all you have to do is rub the board with a wet sponge and rinse with lukewarm water.
