Do you know what to do when your fridge is not cold enough even if you’ve set it on its highest setting?  Don’t call the repairman just yet because there could really be nothing wrong with it.  It could be that you have not dusted the condenser coils recently.  When the coils are full of dirt, your fridge may be overheated because it’s overworking.

Here’s what you should do:  Unplug the fridge and remove the grill.  Using your vacuum’s soft-brush attachment or crevice tool, suck up debris.  Make sure you clean up all the way through the back.  Put back the grill and plug.  Regularly cleaning the condenser coils also helps you save energy as your fridge don’t have to work too hard.
