Snow and slush residues can make it hard for you to see out of your car’s windows.  The fix?  Pour 2 cups water, 1/2 cup vinegar and 1/4 rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle.  Spritz on windows, then clear the frost as usual.  The alcohol lowers the freezing point of the cleaning solution, melting away ice, while the acetic acid in vinegar dissolves dirt.
