It’s summer time! The burgers, kebab and steak are ready to be cooked but lo and behold, you’re having trouble getting those coals to burn. an easy trick? Toss a few spoonfuls of sugar onto the briquettes, then try lighting again. When sugar is exposed to high temperature, it rapidly decomposes and forms a chemical that easily ignites.
