cheese_platterTo ensure that your leftover cheese wedges stay fresh longer try this simple trick:  Soak a cloth napkin in a bowl of saltwater solution.  Mix 1 teaspoon of salt with 1 cup water for the solution.  Wring the excess liquid from the cloth so that it is barely damp, then wrap the cheese in it and store inside a sealed container in the fridge.  The salt crystals will hinder the growth of the harmful microorganisms to keep the cheese from spoiling.
