Are you always screaming on top of your lungs because your kids’ toys are always scattered on the floor? End your cleaning woes with these easy tips I got from Woman’s Day.
Create zones. Designate a play area with shelves for toys and games, and a homework area with a bookcase close to the desk.
Label everything. Bins, shelves, and inside drawers. This way there is no confusion about where things go.
Make it handy. Don’t expect kids to put toys on a high shelf. Storage needs to be within their reach, so keep it low.
Set a schedule. Have them tidy their rooms at the same time every day – say, after dinner of before bed.
Purge. At least twice a year, help them donate items they no longer like or use.
