Are your embroidery threads in a mess inside your plastic container?  To add some order, here’s what you should do, cut a plastic straw into three or four pieces and cut a small slit into one end of each piece.  Take a roll of embroidery thread and stick one end into the slit, then start wrapping the thread around the length of the straw.  When you’re done, tuck the other end into the slit, too.  This trick will keep the thread from tangling and take up less space in your sewing basket.
